CGA Capital (Corporate and Governmental Asset Capital) and its affiliates provide debt and equity capital for real estate and other assets, and serve as the exclusive real estate net lease financing effort for RBS Global Banking & Markets, Americas.

The team, consisting primarily of W. Kyle Gore, Richard Jacobs and Duncan Swanston, has worked at or with RBS since December 2005, after over 19 years in the Structured Finance Group at Legg Mason.

The principals of CGA Capital have had a market-leading role in the corporate real estate sale-leaseback and build-to-suit markets. The team has structured and executed over 300 single-property and multi-property pooled CTL transactions throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico on behalf of over 50 different tenants.
